BARON HOLIDAY HOMES BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

At Baron Holiday Homes we work hard to ensure that you get the Best Price possible when booking with us. So if you come across lower rates for our accommodation on another internet website or from another agency (either prior or immediately after you booked with us) please immediately contact our Customer Service team. We will match the rate of the other deal if the following conditions are met:

  1. You've contacted usimmediately when you were offered lower rates on another website or agency.
  2. You've provided us with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on their website or an email from them and the exact price being quoted. A screen shot proof (or similar) of the lower price offer needs to be printed the same day of making your booking with Baron Holiday Homes. The screen shot must show the following elements: detailed price, accommodation name, travel dates, number of guests, date and hour of comparison.
  3. The other deal is bookable online or via email and is still available when we check.
  4. The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve opted for with Baron Holiday Homes. This means:
    - It is for the same property or apartment type, and for the same number of guests
    - It is for the same check-in and check-out dates.

If we can't match the rate of the other deal because one of the above conditions cannot be fulfilled, and you've already booked with us, you still keep your existing reservation – including the cancelation policy.

Our Best Price Guarantee offer does not apply if:

  1. The other website or agency does not reveal which property or accommodation type you will be staying at until after you have booked.
  2. You attempt to book using special membership rates, loyalty points and any rewards programmes made available through the other website or agency.
  3. You do not contact us immediately after coming across lower rates on another internet site or agency, or before or immediately after you booked with us.
