The new properties include three well-equipped villas with pools in the villages of Ghasri and Kercem, as well as Mgarr Harbour. While the new apartments are part of the Hillock complex in Marsalforn.

The Harbour Located on the edge of Mgarr Harbour, this modern 4-bedroom, 5- bathroom modern villa offers stunning panoramic views across the channel to Comino and Malta. If you can drag yourselves away from the view, you can walk down to Mgarr’s bustling waterside to sample great seafood. And the nearest beach, Xatt L-Ahmar, is only 2.5km away.
The Harbour will be available to book from the end of April 2018.

Four Winds This charming villa with private pool is located near the village of Kercem and offers great views of the picturesque countryside. As well as being able to enjoy the local village life, guests at Four Winds can easily explore the attractions of Xlendi and the stunning coastline of Dwerja Bay – both just 3.4km away. It sleeps eight (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and is available to book right now.
The pool area at Tfiefa Holiday Home
Tfiefa Recently refurbished to our high standards, this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with private pool is situated in the tranquil village of Ghasri in the north of Gozo. The villa includes a roof terrace offering a 180 degree view of the village and surrounding countryside. The nearest beach is at the picturesque fishing port of Marsalforn, just 4km away.
Hillock apartments A further set of 20 new rental apartments are now available in the Hillock development in Marsalforn. The new apartments offer a variety of bedroom combinations to suit couples and families plus access to a communal swimming pool. Great views of the nearby Yellow Hillock, which gives the development its name, as well as open fields and sea-views.
Improved Wi-Fi in all Baron Holiday Homes
We understand that although you are on holiday to get away from it all, in the modern world no one wants to be completely isolated from the internet. So, we have improved the Wi-Fi reach in all Baron Holiday Homes. This means guests can connect to the internet all over our properties, whether you are downstairs, upstairs, or lounging at the pool.
New drinking water service
Visitors to Gozo are advised that the tap water is not safe to drink and are used to buying plastic bottles of mineral water as soon as they arrive on the island. However, we are pleased to announce that Baron Holiday Homes has partnered with a local Maltese company called H2Only to install purified water dispensers in all our properties.
Each water container provides 19-litres of pure drinking water and costs just €5.00. The water containers can be ordered in advance at least 1 week before you arrive at your Baron Holiday Home.
The aim of this service is to provide our guests with greater convenience as fewer bottles of water need to be brought at the supermarket. There is also an ecological benefit to the new water service too, as the water containers are fully recyclable.
Baron Holiday Homes is committed to saving Gozo’s precious water supplies and this new drinking water service complements our other efforts to reduce our company’s overall carbon footprint. Around 50% of our rental properties have solar panels to generate electricity and more than 50% collect rainwater which is used to water our gardens.

This new water service complements our welcome pack service which saves you time and hassle having to shop for food on arrival. We offer a large and small welcome pack and we will soon be introducing a vegetarian food pack aswell. You can read more about our food pack service here.
