Unlike many other property management companies, Baron Holiday Homes offers a long term commitment contract with property owners, often including the winter period. We don’t charge a fee and, regardless of occupancy rates, you will still get an agreed monthly payment year round – which significantly improves your return on investment.

We manage your property as if we own it

Baron Holiday Homes cares about all the properties we manage and will treat your Gozo holiday home as if it were our own. As property owners ourselves with a reputation for providing high quality farmhouses, villas and apartments to rent on Gozo we have a unique perspective.
We look for long-term partnerships with property owners. We screen our guests to make sure that we attract the right sort of client and always take a security deposit. We also impose minimum stays. We don’t allow our properties to be rented out for large groups who want to party – so we certainly don’t allow that to happen for other property owners.
We look after all the running expenses for your property including maid service, laundry, regular maintenance, pool, gardener, and all utilities. This not only keeps repairs to a minimum as the property is kept in excellent condition, but it means when you come to enjoy your holiday home yourself you don’t have to do any cleaning up first.
We take responsibility for damaged items
Although all major property general expenses (such as air-conditioning when these are beyond repair) are the responsibility of the owner, Baron Holiday Homes takes full responsibility for any damaged items. Again, this takes the hassle out of managing your property and ensures it remains in excellent condition year on year.
We help owners optimise income
Baron Holiday Homes works closely with owners to ensure their properties are continuously upgraded. This not only reduces the need for repairs but helps to add value to the property and optimise its rental income. For instance, the installation of an indoor jacuzzi will increase rental enquiries and bookings in the slower months.
We’ve been managing some properties on Gozo for well over 10 years. As an example for one owner we recommended the addition of a fourth bedroom. We helped get planning permission and assisted with the construction and finishing. The result to the owner was a substantial increase in rental income and an increase in the value of the property itself.
