#GOZOFave Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The #GozoFave contest is open to all guests aged 18 and over.
2. To be entered into the competition, simply follow the link to the photo gallery and vote on your favourite photo.
3. You can also share any photos you have of Gozo using the hashtag #GozoFave on Instagram and your photos will be entered into our next competition in 2022. (optional).
4. The competition (entry period) closes at midnight on Sunday 19 December 2021.
5. The prize for the owner of the photo with the most votes is 200 euros of Baron Holiday Homes Gift Vouchers which can be redeemed against any property booking of their choice. Three voters will also be chosen at random and they will each win 100 euros of Baron Holiday Homes Gift Vouchers which can be redeemed against any property booking of their choice.
6. The prize is non-transferable and can only be received by the entrant that submitted their photo into the contest.
7. The winner of the contest will be advised via our social media platforms and e-mail.
8. Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
9. The entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
10. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
11. If contact cannot be made with the winner within 10 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Baron Holiday Homes of any change in contact information.
12. The winner's name will be available from and published on the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages of Baron Holiday Homes.
13. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw. Baron Holiday Homes reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the prize draw at any given time without notice if circumstances beyond their control require them to do so.
14. Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants. This promotion and competition may be run across or amalgamated into other promotions by Baron Holiday Homes which share an equivalent or greater prize offer.  
15. Entry into the competition authorises Baron Holiday Homes and/or our sponsor to contact and to publish the name, photo, address and country of the winner/s.  
16. The winner/s may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
17. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any partner associated with the competition.
18. Prizes are not transferable. There will be no cash alternative. Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
19. Baron Holiday Homes, our sponsors, nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.

21. The vouchers must be used by 31 May 2023. If the holiday is not taken within this time period the prize will be withdrawn. No cash alternative will be offered.
22. The winner shall choose any date for their stay excluding July and August 2022 up to 15 December 2022 and between 2 January 2023 and 31 May 2023. (subject to availability)
23. In the event that Baron Holiday Homes cancels your booking, due to circumstances beyond your control, an alternative holiday or date will be offered under the same terms.
24. Travel is not included as part of the prize.
25. Employees of any Baron Group company, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
26. Entrants must give Baron Holiday Homes the full rights to publish their name as a winner.
27. These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
28. Entrants must have full intellectual property rights to their photo and give Baron Holiday Homes the full rights to use and display their photo/s submitted on any of their channels. 
29. The winner names will be announced on the Baron Holiday Homes Facebook and Twitter pages on Tuesday 21 December 2021. The winner will be the first entry drawn with the correct answers.
30. The entry period is between 4 and 19 December 2021.
31. Entries that receive fraudulent voting patterns will be disqualified. You can vote once using one email and IP addresses will be tracked to ensure the voting rules are adhered to. 
32. The winner must claim his/her prize within 10 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being redrawn. In the event the winner of the second draw does not claim the prize, it will be forfeited.
33. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
