Now converted with impeccable taste and sensitivity it still exudes a warm welcome to the passing visitor. In line with their original use, the first floor rooms have retained their primary function as living areas. However, they also take full advantage of the most spectacular of views, especially of the wonderful unobstructed sunset over Dwejra, which is the most photographed spot on the island.
The master bedroom, is situated on one corner of the house with its own little private terrace, two double beds, and ensuite facilities.
A fully equipped kitchen and living areas complete the first floor. The property sleeps six comfortably, with two other twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite and another bathroom with access from the quaint internal courtyard. Its south facing back patio with its private sizable pool also enjoys country and sea views due to the undulating landscape of the surrounding fields.
This property might not be ideal for people with limited mobility as there is an external staircase to reach the first floor, where the kitchen, dining and living room are situated. The external staircase are also not sheltered.
Pool Dimensions : 7.4m x 4m
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.

San Lawrenz is a small quiet village situated in the west of the island of Gozo. The village is built upon a flat surface surrounded by three hills - Ta' Ghammar, Ta' Gelmus and Ta' Dbiegi.
Near the local food store, one finds the Crafts Village which consists of a café along with several unique shops. The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knight’s time while unwinding in one of the coffee shops you can find whilst you explore.

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.

“Lovely, immaculate house with a gorgeous view. The kitchen was well equipped and cleaning and washing supplies were good. The beds were comfortable and the house was well arranged. We had a lovely time there and would not hesitate to return. The only small issue we had was a drip pipe that fed the plants that kept lightly flooding the ground floor outside areas. I recommend fixing this as it is a slip hazards (and the children did in fact slip). Finally, we had good communication with Baron Homes, and can definitely recommend this company.”

- small fridge/freezer in the room near the pool was not working - however in our case the big fridge in the kitchen was sufficient.

“Quiet location and with great views. Pool is surrounded by a lovely well kept garden. First floor offers very comfortable amenities. Only drawback is that the house offers limited accessibility with too many stairs and steps. What I cannot get past is the open bathroom layout of the first floor master bedroom. No privacy whatsoever, apart from the drainage smell from shower making its way into the bedroom. However would still recommend property and would visit again. Premises very well kept and clean.”
“The property was really nice, very well kept, great location, and got sun virtually all day in the garden which was brilliant. The BBQ could have been better however, although we ate out most of the time so this wasn't a big problem. Also we weren't told about the arrival of the gardener during the week, nor did I get a response about where I could hire a wheelchair for my dad. It wasn't required in the end though.”

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.
Pets are allowed on request and must be approved in writing, if approved there is € 15 per night fee, capped at € 45 total.
Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at check in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
