The ground floor is designed on as an open plan living area with a kitchen/ dining/ living room, a separate family bathroom and utility room with washing machine.
The whole area gives onto a private patio and pool area with country and village views as a backdrop.
A fully functional stone inbuilt fireplace is a nice feature in the living area and, coupled with flat screen cable Tv and stereo, gives a cosy ambiance in the cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher and micro wave.
Four bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, are finished in different colour schemes with local patterned tiles and accommodate 8 persons in luxury. With one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for persons with restricted mobility, it affords maximum privacy for every couple.
A car space is also being made available to the occupants.

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

The village is dominated by Ta’ Gurdan (the Gordan) lighthouse which stand at the top of Ġurdan Hill above the village. The famous lighthouse rises 180 metres above sea level and was inaugurated in 1853. Its beam could be seen up to 50 kilometres away. From the hill around the lighthouse there are marvellous 360 degree views of Gozo – well worth the walk up.
From Għasri Village Square, a road leads to the fabulous valley of Wied il-Għasri. The Wied l-Għasri area is marvellous for country walks and cycling, especially in Winter and Spring. The valley opens onto the sea between high cliffs, and the secluded little inlet here is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

“Das Haus ist toll - zwar nicht ganz so riesig, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt, aber immer noch riesig. Auch ist es viel dunkler als auf den Bildern dargestellt - einerseits sind die Möbel dunkler und andererseits fällt wenig Licht in das Wohnzimmer - und das untere Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Mini-Fenster. Nachts war es z.T. lauter als gedacht - die Straße und Hunde und sogar ein Hahn sind deutlich hörbar. Insgesamt hat es aber eine tolle Aufteilung (das Schlafzimmer unten ist das mit dem hellen Holzbett mit Fußteil, das "pinke" Zimmer liegt dem "dunkelroten" direkt gegenüber und das 4. Schlafzimmer ist auf der oberen Etage am anderen Ende). Die Betten sind relativ kurz und eher schmal für Doppelbetten. In allen Zimmern sind viele Schränke, die aber z.T. etwas müffeln. In den Badezimmern ist kaum Ablagemöglichkeit - was aber bei einem Bad-en-suite zu verkraften ist. Leider aber einige Schimmel-Ansätze in den Duschen. Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet - zwei Topfdeckel mehr wären gut. Man kann sich Trinkwasser für den Wasserspender liefern lassen - das war hilfreich - die Nachfüll-Packs gibt es allerdings günstiger vor Ort. Und da der Rest des Wassers nicht aus dem Behälter läuft (technisch bedingt), steht das Wasser darin - das haben wir erst einmal heiß gereinigt.
Der Pool ist super! Auch im Oktober war er noch warm genug zum Baden, die Sonne war bis mittags am Pool, danach liegt der Pool im Schatten, was uns nicht vom Baden abgehalten hat - so verbrennt man wenigstens nicht. Der Bereich um den Pool herum ist relativ eng - und leider hatten wir sehr viele Mücken, so dass wir eigentlich nur zum Baden im Pool waren. Wir hatten allerdings auch 3 Tage Regen (was auch für Oktober ungewöhnlich ist). Die Fenster haben fast alle Mücken-Schiebegitter, die aber z.T. große Löcher hatten. Die Waschmaschine bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung - es hat mich etwas Überwindung gekostet, sie zu nutzen. Schade war, dass die Dachterasse nicht möbliert war.

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.

Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at check in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
