Entrance into lounge area leading to the living, dining and kitchen open plan room, this large area has plenty of natural light from the private pool space. On ground floor there is also a family bathroom.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are situated all with ensuite facilities, two of the bedrooms overlook the pool area from their balconies. The house is well equipped and furnished and is situated close (2 minutes walk) to the village square with its restaurants and bars, the hub and life of the local community.
Air-Conditioning in the bedrooms are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
Tap Water in Malta and Gozo is not suitable for drinking. Baron Holiday Homes has teamed with H2only water provider in order to have their water dispensers ready in the property. Each 19 litres water jug cost €5.00 and are not included in the accommodation price, however you can order this service with us before your arrival (at least 1 week before) and we can make sure to have it ready at property on your arrival.
