A newly built private property in the wonderful village of Xaghra, tucked away in a complex of private houses of character. Highly finished, with special attention was given to the building in order to maintain the traditional maltese house features.
Entrance into a combined living dining kitchen room overlooking the swimming pool and deck area, ideal for outside entertainment and finished off with a stone BBQ. The ground floor is also equipped with a spare bathroom.
On the 1st floor there are the 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with terraces. The 2nd floor is equipped with a laundry and another spare toilet, together with a large roof terrace equipped with outside furniture.
The property is also equipped with Cable TV, washing machine and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Complimenting this property is an interconnecting private 1 car garage.
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
