Aesthetically constructed in beautiful local limestone, in the style of the surrounding houses, the villas blend perfectly with their rustic, serene neighbourhood. Once inside however you're back into the 21st century.
The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable practical furniture, and air-conditioning throughout, makes for an easy to manage self-catering holiday. At the back of the property a private pool with a large patio complete with sun decks and a BBQ area gives on to miles of uninterrupted undulating valleys and spectacular sunsets.
Elegantly furnished, in neutral colours and with understated lighting, the good sized rooms are designed to complement the peaceful and laid back ambiance of the surrounding countryside. The main feature of the property however is the swimming pool which winds its way into the living room from the large patio at the back of the property.
Besides the luxury of indoor swimming, the sparkling reflection of the water gives a spectacular ambiance throughout the spacious open plan ground floor. The indoor part of the pool is separated by thick glass and heated in the cooler months from middle of October to end of May to allow the visitor the luxury of a swim, throughout the year.
This, coupled with under floor heating throughout the property, and the built in fireplace, makes the property perfect for a romantic break even during the mild Gozo winters when, with its green terraced hills and long sunny periods, Gozo is never more beautiful.
For the fitness minded the property also enjoys the additional facilities for a communal mini-gym and sauna making the property perfect for a group with mixed tastes.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Air-condition for summer months is included in price.
Indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and underfloor heating are included in price from 15th October to end of May.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Ghasri is the smallest village in Gozo and is situated in the north west part of the island. The closest beaches are just 7 km away and there is also a food store just 800 meters from property. The closest Restaurant is Ta Salvina and is just 1 km from property.
The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knights time while unwinding yourself in one of the coffee shops you can find here.Bus 308 connects the village with Victoria, 3 km away. From Victoria, it is a 15-minute ride on bus 301 to reach Mgarr ferry terminal.

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of € 400 for private pool properties and € 200 for properties with shared pool is needed to cover for any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) or/and missing items and will be charged from the card on file with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival date. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

This property is everything it advertises to be, and more! In fact it is the dream home I planned before I got married but never got to fulfill as I opted for diaper changing and sleepless nights instead, as one childbirth followed another, and another... and another! But now I am so grateful to Baron Group for creating this luxury home for me, where my husband and I can spend some quality time, a couple of times a year, with our grown up kids and their kids. As my 8 year old grandson enthusiastically puts it “this house is the best and most fun house I know!” The only problem is that everyone who visits falls in love and keeps returning (hence the ‘grudgingly’ above) so it is very difficult to find availability especially if you are restricted with school holiday dates 😩.”

“The villa we stayed at was super. It was well maintained and super clean. The appliances worked perfectly fine, which is not that common during a stay in gozo. The pool was big and super clean for its size and the water temperature was great. All utensils needed could be found at the kitchen. Although there was a minor problem with one of the bedrooms air conditioners, the guys there were around the villas, belonging to the group, took action immediately and came the following day to check that it was still working fine.
All we could do is praise about the farmhouse. We were extremely satisfied.”

1. Might be a good idea to get plastic glasses for the pool area
2. We didn't put the umbrella up as we couldn't find the stand to put it into.
3. The dishwasher door doesn't close properly- sometimes we managed to get the dishwasher to work but it was a bit hit and miss.
4. A gas bbq would have been preferable- maybe charge guests for the gas cylinder?
5. The gym area was a bit grotty
6. The kitchen oven knobs are a bit faded so was a bit difficult to find the correct settings.
All this points are very minor and certainly didn't spoil our stay. I will definitely recommend Baron homes to friends and family and hopefully I can get something booked for myself before the years ”

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.
Pets are allowed on request and must be approved in writing, if approved there is € 15 per night fee, capped at € 45 total.
Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at check in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
