Hillock Residence Apartments Mega offers
The newly built fully air-conditioned 4th floor apartment B10 is artfully designed, offering a subdued luxury and restful experience. It consists of three bedrooms, one having ensuite shower facilities. Along with a main bathroom and shower, which connects to a combined and fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room having the added luxury of two good sized balconies.
Included in price, guests can also enjoy the use of the communal pool and sunbeds, the pool area is 1 floor up from the ground and only accessible by stairs.
+Communal pool located in the North Block of the buildings (guests staying in the South block buildings needs to access the pool by crossing the road and walk to the North area)
+Yes we are Pet friendly accommodation and pets are welcome in the apartments, however Pets are not allowed by the pool and there is a Pet Fee of €15 per pet for the whole stay
Free secure underground parking is also available with direct internal access by passenger lifts and stairwells.
+Only one parking space per apartment - Garage is located in the North block side
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Air-conditioning is included in price.
Full maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more and includes cleaning of the entire apartment and changing of towels and bed linen.

The Hillock residences apartments have been welcoming guests since 2012 and are set in a quite area of Marsalforn bay, just an 8 minutes’ stroll from the shore line, consisting of a good number of restaurants and pubs. The bay has a small sandy beach, together with a mix of rocky and pedestrian beaches ideal for cooling off and snorkelling the beautiful blue waters.
The location makes a perfect base to discover Gozo and it is less than 10 minutes’ car away from the most popular sites the island has to offer.
Malta Government Eco Tax
Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.

We arrived late and struggled to find the car park as specific institutions weren't provided, so had to on road park for the evening, but a quick message to George in the morning and directions were given straight away. (You have to drive to the end of the road by the diving centre. You need to go to the apartment first to get the key card to open the garage door). Once in the spaces are good sizes and numbered so you have an allocate place. There is a lift available as well.
We noticed a couple of leaks on the first day but within an hour of reporting George had it in hand and maintenence arrived quickly to sort. Cannot fault the service and communication we has from George and the team.
We were provided with a couple of dishwasher tablets and a bin bag. So will need to purchase more which isn't a problem. We also opted for the food pack which is of good value.
The balcony is in full sun and space in limited to probably 2 seats at a time.
The pool area is clean. There is limited space for the sun loungers (approx 20) but people come and go frequently so no trouble getting one on the days we had pool days. It is also monitored by security and you need key card to enter so is nice and safe.
The apartment is in a good location a short walk down hill to the restaurants on the harbour. Lidl is a 10 min drive in to Victoria but there are smaller supermarkets within walking distance.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.”
“The apartment and the staff who received us in the beginning, were great! We had all the comfort we needed and even the luxury of a cleaning during our stay. Terrific!!! The only thing that bothered us a bit, is the fact they were busy with building an apartment just in front of our apartment, so there was a lot of noise of the machines.”

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds:
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 5 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.

Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
The pool will be available for use between the hours of 9am – 7pm.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the lifts or common areas.
Do not enter the lifts whilst you are still wet from using the pool area. Kindly ensure that all rubbish is taken with you, and not left behind once you have exited the lifts.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at checkin, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.
Breakage waiver/Security deposit:
When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
