Superb renovation works have been tastefully carried out, to preserve this stunning houses natural features. Thus retaining its appeal and rustic architecture for the enjoyment and discovery of all generations.
This wonderful property is equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable holiday, complete with free cable TV and Wifi. The ground floor, with its lovely arches and thick stone walls, is taken up by a living room which comes off a dining/kitchen area, this room then lead out onto the spacious area surrounding the private pool, which also consists of shower facilities, and sundeck area.
As well as having two ensuite bathrooms, a double and a twin bedroom, on the 1st floor, which would comfortably accommodate two couples. The double master bedroom enjoys the luxury of a large bathroom with separate bath and shower facilities. A reading area at 1st floor level gives privacy for a quiet afternoon. Importantly the property comes also with your own private car parking area, a suitable size for one car. Air-Condition units are available in the bedrooms and also in the living room at an extra charge.
To complete this charming property, you also have access to another spare twin bedroom on the second floor level - accessible via a spiral staircase (not ideal for persons with restricted mobility), complete with ensuite toilet and sink only (no shower).

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

The property is situated between the village of Ghasri and the city of Victoria, hence the location is perfect for a marvellous country walks, and the city centre of Victoria is just a 1.3km away.
Should you fancy a day at the beach Ramla Bay with its unique honey-red sand which the largest and most popular beach on the island, can be reached by car in around ten minutes.
Victoria has two big feasts, one is on the third week of July and the other one is on the 15th of August. At this time of year, you will see the village decorated and see spectacular firework displays, where village succumbs to a wonderful vibrancy. The feast of Ghasri is celebrated on the first or second Sunday of the month of June and is dedicated to Corpus Christi.

“This is a beautifully renovated building with lots of space both inside and out. Handy off street parking, and location is ideal for exploring both Victoria and the island as a whole. Some facilities need upgrading - the fridge door needs re-hanging, there's a button missing on the dishwasher, there was very little cutlery, pots and pans need replacing, more plastic drinks cups needed for poolside, the pool has some algae forming on the sides, and the outdoor electrics need some work as they fused a number of times during our stay. Don't let this put you off though - just a few minor things that could be easily fixed. We had a wonderful holiday here!”

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 3 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.
Pets are allowed on request and must be approved in writing, if approved there is € 15 per night fee, capped at € 45 total.
Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at checkin, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
