Upon entering this wonderful property, you are welcomed by lovely artwork on the surrounding walls. When proceeding through the entrance you will enter into the main kitchen, dining and living area which oozes natural light. This room overlooks the spacious outside area, consisting of a large private pool, accompanied with a built in stone BBQ perfect from a sunny evening. Finished with ample space to soak up the sun and take in the amazing country views. The ground floor is then completed with a separate toilet and laundry room.
An extra luxury to this property on the ground floor during the winter months, is the wonderful fully functional pellet burner.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all accessible by a stone stair case. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, the other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom in the hallway. Situated in a quiet area in the village of Kercem, a short distance from the islands main town Victoria all make for the perfect holiday home.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Kercem the village in which the accommodation resides is a small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated.
The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. “Suggestions related to risk
Suggest to consider painting the stair steps surface in different colour from the remaining ground surface (or put tiles/marble on top) as at a glance one may not recognise that there are the steps and can easily fall and get hurt.
Would consider to put a sort of a handrail in the living room arch which leads to the staircase. Children can easily fall from the staircase towards the living room
Other than that we had a lovely stay at Four Winds. Considering that the premises is open for short lets, in my humble opinion the price per night covers the water/electricity consumption quite well. Hence, paying for ACs additionally is too much.”

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.
Pets are allowed on request and must be approved in writing, if approved there is € 15 per night fee, capped at € 45 total.
Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at check in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.
