This property is a fine example of how the modern can merge with the old. Whilst the entrance, hallway and original stone staircase retain the rustic features of a village home, the extended living area at the back including kitchen and dining room, is designed in a modern style. Which encompasses all the amenities essential for a relaxing holiday.
The garden has also been converted into a sun deck area with a sizable pool, with uninterrupted views all the way to Victoria, the island's main town, with its 500-year-old Citadel at its centre.
A bathroom and a laundry room complete the common amenities on the ground floor. All the five bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and are distributed on all floors, including one on the ground floor. The house can sleep 10 persons comfortably, with 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms, one of them having an extendable bed (as per photo).
The master bedroom on the first floor, overlooks the pool area and the amazing views at the back, the room is equipped with a private corner Jacuzzi giving it a sense of luxury and relaxation.
Another one of the bedrooms, on the second floor, enjoys private terraces at both ends, again with unparalleled views. All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioning that can be used both for cooling and heating at an extra charge.
Pool dimensions - 6.5 - 4.6 meters
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 7 nights or more.

Kercem the village in which the accommodation resides is a small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes.
In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.

We try to meet all guests arriving up to 19:00 hours for check in at the property. Guests that are arriving after 19:00 will be given a link with directions and a 4-digit code to retrieve the key which will open the front door. Please view our Arrival details form
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of booking, not applicable for bookings done 48 hours from arrival date.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, in case of the unfortunate event in which you need to cancel your holiday.
All requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and must be signed by the person who made the booking. You must then post or email the request to Baron Holiday Homes.
If your request to cancel your booking is received more than 180 days before the booking was due to start, we will refund your deposit in full.
Requests to cancel a booking received between 30 and 179 days before the booking was due to start will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will ONLY be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
Requests to cancel a booking received less than 30 days before the booking was due to start, will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the whole amount already paid.

Infants and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Children under 2 years at check in, stay free of charge when sleeping with parents or in a baby cot. We can offer 1 baby cot free of charge, additional baby cots are charged at €5 per night (these will include bed linen and 2 towels)
Folding beds can be provided for you, at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is subject to availability, which subsequently needs to be confirmed by management in writing. All requests must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.
Pets are allowed on request and must be approved in writing, if approved there is € 15 per night fee, capped at € 45 total.
Parties/events are not allowed, under any circumstances.
The wonderful island of Gozo is a small tranquil place. In order to ensure you don’t disturb the local surroundings, we kindly recommend that you keep the volume down at all times - especially between 22:00 and 9am.
Environmental contribution (ECO tax)
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals). It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night payable in cash at check in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

When checking in to your accommodation, a valid credit card is required; In order to complete one of the following two options to cover any damages caused during your stay:
